Chalet de Soie is offered as a self catered chalet. However, we understand that sometimes you want extra options available to you to complete your holiday experience.
We can offer you and your group a variety of catering possibilities during your stay, from simple meal deliveries to extravagant six-course dinners with matching wines.
Here are a few examples of your choices:
Delivery of dinners only, priced at €20 per person per night:
- Hearty Beef Bourguignon with fluffy herb & mustard dumplings. Served with steamed baby potatoes, almond-butter broccoli & honeyed carrots.
- Apple & rhubarb crumble with rhubarb and vanilla ice cream.
Three course private chef option, with continental breakfast, afternoon tea and wines included, priced at €45 per person per day:
- Red onion, beetroot & local goats cheese tarts with toffee walnut and rocket salad.
- Black forest-wrapped, black pudding-stuffed roasted pork. Served with fluffy quenelles on creamy leeks & watercress.
- Amaretto & rosemary ice cream on almond frangipane tarts and honeycomb wedges.
Six course private chef option, with cooked breakfast, afternoon tea and wines included, priced at €65 per person per day:
- Smoked and seared venison on smoked beetroot puree
- Home cured salmon on pickled cucumber with a light wasabi dressing, smoked salmon roe and a wasabi wafer
- Pear and fennel sorbet
- Charollaise beef fillet on pea puree with fresh asparagus, crispy potato croquettes and chunky basil pesto
- Cheese selection
- Chilled blackberry & port soup with caramel & balsamic ice cream on a rich chocolate truffle
